Personal

Born October, 12, 1960 in Vukovar, Croatia! I spent childhood in Osijek and moved to Zagreb in 1985. Married to Damir. No kids.

Education

In 1985. I graduated Law at University in Osijek and passed the bar exam 1991.

Work experience

From February 1986. till December 1990. I worked as legal counsel at: District Court in Zagreb, County District Dubrava, Faculty for defectology and Croatian Agency For International Cooperation. During 1990. and 1991. I worked for District Court in Zagreb administering bankruptcy.
As far as law is concerned, I am interested in copyright law in general, especially copyright issues in connection with computers.

Profesion

In 1994. I started my own publishing company Muraja d.o.o. For some time now I am manager, bookkeeper, secretary... you name it!

Skills

I am pretty good in:
- typewriting (guess who types all those Damir's books :-)
- working with: MS Windows95, MS Word for Windows, MS Excel, MS Access
- sewing, knitting and crochet-work (if I am able to spare some time)
- cooking (And for that I can only be grateful to Damir and my late mother in law. To Damir for enduring years of practice. To my late mother in law for passing me her knowledge and recipes. By the way most of those recipes are her own creation.)
- baking and making cakes

Interests

Computers have significantly changed my personal and professional life (for better, of course). Once 'infected' by Damir, I find that sickness is getting worse :-) Computers and all about them are now the main field of my interest. Connecting to the Internet opened 4th dimension for me. IRC is part of that. Since the end of February 1996. I am "certified addicted user" (see you on irc.carnet.hr).
I really like world folk music, especially folk festivals and fairs.
Irish folk group The Dubliners is my favorite. Unfortunately, they don't have their 'official' site on Internet. You can instead browse through some sites I found about them.
